Dear Daughter of the Most High

Posted by: <@...>

While this is not a typical devotional, I believe it will bless you. There are times when God compels me to write. This was one of those times. I pray that you will receive this from Father's heart.

Gentlemen, although this was written to women, please know that you are loved just as much. Please receive it for yourself - and share it with the wonderful Christian women in your life.

You are welcome to forward this. I ask only that you include the subscription address with it if you do.

Dear Daughter of the Most High,

If you haven't heard it lately, you are loved beyond measure. You are
precious to your Bridegroom, the apple of His eye. Your worship is the one
thing His ears most long to hear. He eagerly anticipates each moment of your

life and relishes walking through each of them with you. He always has time
to listen, and cares about the smallest detail. Yet His shoulders are broad
enough to carry your heaviest burdens - if you'll let Him.

You are loved, precious daughter of God. His covenant with you is unfailing
and unchanging - because He is unfailing and unchanging. He has watched your
good days and your rough ones, saw your smiles and your tears, counted every

hair on your head, and knows the ones you pulled out in frustration. He is
intimately acquainted with the days you felt you did everything right in His
sight and with the days you messed up so badly you wanted to crawl into bed

for a week. But He's never changed his mind about you. He has loved you
since the beginning of time. He's never stopped - and He never will.

He yearns for the day when you step into eternity, for when you behold His
face, you will see in His eyes the immeasurable depth of His love for you.
It was there in the manger. It was there on the cross. It was there in the

empty tomb. It was there on a hillside outside of Galilee when He ascended.
It was there in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost. It was there when
you struggled to pay the light bill as much as to understand His plan

through it all. It was there when people failed you and misunderstood you.
It was there when your dreams were shattered. He hasn't forgotten who He
created you to be: a beautiful rose among thorns. A reflection of His

radiance in a dark and dreary world. He will never leave you nor forsake
you. He is unwilling to do without you.

Rest assured, daughter of the Most High - you are loved.
