Have a faith-filled week-end. I'm having family
time on Sat and a busy Sunday - Church, Healing
Service and visiting a friend.

Today's Chuckles
1. Guarding Jesus
2. The Imperfectionist
------------------------------
Guarding Jesus
Our two young boys wanted a nativity set, so we got a
small one to place in their room.
One night my wife went to tuck them in bed, only to
find that Liam (age 5) had posted little plastic
soldiers to guard the nativity.
“They’re making sure baby Jesus is safe,” he
announced.
-exerted from Our Daily Journey with God
------------------------------
If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have
it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you
don't step forward, you're always in the same place.
- Nora Roberts
------------------------------
The Imperfectionist
Little Samantha Epstein’s English teacher was
a perfectionist and demanded the very best
of her pupils. So it was only to be expected
that she would get furious when Samantha
handed in a poor paper.
"This is the worst essay it has ever been
my misfortune to read," ranted the teacher.
"It has too many mistakes. I can't understand
how one person would have made all these
mistakes."
"One person didn't," replied little Samantha,
defensively. "My father helped me!"
- from Ann F.

Please pray for: Danielle, Doyle, James, Renae, Laura, Kristen, Christie.
