We had a wonderful evening at Church yesterday -
time of adoration follwed by a presentation about
Mary being the first disciple. We ended with night
prayers.

Hating School
My older son loves school, but his younger brother
absolutely hates it.
One weekend he cried and fretted and tried every excuse
not to go back on Monday. Sunday morning on the way home
from church, the crying and whining built to a crescendo.
At the end of my rope, I finally stopped the car and
explained, "Honey, it's a law. If you don't go to school,
they'll put Mommy in jail."
He looked at me, thought a moment, then asked, "How long
would you have to stay?"

Cell Phone
My girlfriend called me as she was driving to an
appointment. She arrived, and I could tell from
her voice that she was getting frustrated. Finally
she said, "I know I had my cell phone with me. And
now I can't find it!"
I replied, "Aren't you talking on it!?"
There was a solid period of stunned silence as the
reality of the situation sank in - followed by,
"You are NOT going to tell anybody about this!"
