It's hard to believe Jan. is nearly 1/3 gone. I am
still celebrating Christmas as my extended family
gets together when the business settles down.

Mr. Gable had a leak in the roof over his dining room,
so he called a repairman to take a look at it.
"When did you first notice the leak?" the repairman
inquired.
Mr. Gable scowled. "Last night, when it took me two
hours to finish my soup!"

Conversation between Karina, who is in 1st grade, and
her mom:
Karina: Mom, how much longer do I have to study?
Mom: You need to study from 1st till you are in 12th
grade, going from elementary, to middle, to high school.
Karina: Then, after 12th, Mom?
Mom: You go to college.
Karina: And, what will I study in college?
Mom: Well, you find what you love in school and study that.
Karina: OK, Mom, I will study RECESS in college!
