I had a wonderful time yesterday with friends. We are involved
in e-commerce together. Amazingly, relationships really matter
here.

Today's Chuckles
1. Correct Church
2. Alzheimer's
------------------------------
Correct Church
A minister was approached by a man who expressed
a desire to become a member of the congregation.
The man said that he was rather busy, and didn’t
have time to volunteer.
“I don’t want to be called on for any service such
as committee work, teaching a class, or singing in
the choir. Then, too, don’t expect me for worship
too often.”
The minister thought for a moment and then replied,
“I believe you are at the wrong church. The church
you are looking for is three blocks down the street.”
The man followed the preacher’s directions and soon
came to an abandoned, boarded up, closed church
building. It was a dead church—gone out of business.

The greatest degree of inner tranquility comes
from the development of love and compassion.
The more we care for the happiness of others,
the greater is our own sense of well-being.

Alzheimer's
My 99-year-old friend maintains a sense of humor.
"My nurse tells me that seldom do those over 95 years
of age get Alzheimer's so I'm off the hook," she told
me the last time I visited her. "Furthermore, my son
tells me that anyone who can spell "Alzheimer's" doesn't
have it, so I keep practicing my spelling."
