Farmers Market

We went to our local farmers market this morning. They will have it for two more saturdays. I called and checked. We bought a bag of organic apples, a bag of onions (someone peeled these and had them ready to go...selling bowlfuls for a dollar), a bag of plums and 3 indian corn for naomi to use to decorate around the house. Will be heading back that way next week to pick up a pumpkin and maybe some other things...we were talking about pumpkin pies, breads, soups....Naomi said I want pies...forget the rest lol. I doubt she will cause I'm gonna try them. I might try that pumpkin butter recipe too. We do have one can of canned pumpkin on hand...so I don't know if we will try that or not yet.

On the other hand...right now I'm sporting a major headache. I just hope it doesn't turn into one of those dreaded migraines. I'm gonna lie down and rest. Kidlet is at the park...will be checking in in 20 minutes.
