File name with diacritics doesn't work

Hi,

I noticed that FB files whose names contain diacritics cannot be compiled. The same, for the files in folders whose name contain diacritics.

Because mkdir() cannot process some characters in the directory path, it cannot create FBtoC's 'build_temp' directory. Build stopped.

Check your source folder path name.
