Flooding

Well, as of last week, Delaware had a deficit in the water level of 3 inches. Needless to say, we've made that up and MORE!
It's been raining so much here, that many areas are flooded!
Our own ground is saturated, and we just learned that they are expecting severe storms tonight again, with the potential for another 3" of rain!
We've probably had 10" or so since Friday!
