for gm's - a bit more defined

Hey Gang,
Let me re-define what I meant by my original question. In the old way of things in most rpg's, a dm/gm/am/rac would buy adventures from the publishing company. But at some stage of the game d&d and a lot of other rpg's transitioned into producing "resource/campaign" materials that would give the gm's plenty of background material on their worlds, good guys/bad guys, gods/demons, monster, etc. It also gave the players certain resource materials to help develop and define their characters with their class/prestige/weapons/spells/etc.
In DR we have been at a disadvantage because after the initial adventures, ending with Moonbridge, we haven't had any new published adventures to get and run.
So are there gm's out there who have created their own adventures for their DR groups? If so, I would like to hear about their experiences.
How did you create these adventures? Were there certain materials that helped you create these adventures?
I would like to see County Faire, but I would like to see what kind of creativity and resourcefulness we have out there.
