Found: Garlic and Herb bread recipe

Posted by: stampinbookworm <stampinbookworm@...>

I was going through some of my boxes and unpacking some things last night
and came across the garlic and herb bread recipe that I had printed out on
computer paper a couple years ago. Here it is:
1cup warm water (110 degrees)
3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp white sugar
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
3- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

For bread machine: place all ingredients as recommended by manufacturer in
bread machine and run it.

You can also do the same by hand...just proof the yeast in the water and add
at least a cup of flour and all other ingredients to your bowl before adding
yeast then mixing that and adding flour as you go. The regular rules apply
like as for any other bread...kneading, rising, etc.
Enjoy!!
