Friday Market, tote bag, Wimples, and barter

I haven't painted for years and I simply did not ever paint as well as this
is!
We bartered for this bag. I made a 'Wimple' for her for winter (Dana, too,
for a wonderful pillow filled with herbs and buckwheat hills and
things.......) I still think I got the best end of the trades from both
women!
Off to make 'Wimples' again..... I have two baby quilts in the tote
bag....... when I am finished I will switch the knitting into there :o)
i want to know if either of you used the 'Wimples' last winter and were they
all right or do they need to be heavier? Wider?
