Hi guys, I will be playing at the From the Heart concert on May 15 2015.
Last year Robert Plant performed, this year Steve Winwood and Ruby Turner.
Please see below if you want to come: The From the Heart Gospel Concert returns this year on May 15th. Those who came last year will know just how good the performances are. Once a year an amazing group of singers and musicians, get together at Northleach, in the Cotswolds, to perform a concert of Gospel Music.
We see it as a Pilgrimage, a chance to play music together, to reunite with old friends, and meet new ones.
The performers give their time and talent free, Friday nights are difficult, and it's hard to find a date that suits everyone, musicians move around, touring and playing in concerts all over the world.
But thanks to prayer it always happens in the end.
The music played, though fundamentally American Gospel, can divert into Classical music. Folk music, Blues, Country and Jazz, sometimes a mix. If you come you may even hear a Digeridoo.
all profits are divided between Christian Aid, Open door, and Northleach Church.
Our compere for the evening, as last year, is Roger Morris who is now Bishop of Colchester.

Because of the overwhelming attendance last year, when some people had to be turned away, we have decided to offer ticketed seats, these can be reserved by email or by buying from selected shops in Northleach. If any seats are left on the night they will be sold for £12 on the door. Late comers may have to stand. The doors will open at 7pm. Concert begins at 8.00pm.
