Ace, I have a WM 12. It's a nice amp and meets a lot
of the criteria you suggested; 100w, good DI, tweeter,
tone etc. It is a bit on the heavy side though.

I'd seriously look at the Roland Cube amp in the Nov.
BP rag. I used to have an older one pre-modeling
capabilities. Nice little amp 'till I did something
stupid (again) and smoked it). I haven't tried this
new one but if the COSM models are like the ones in
the V-Bass, this amp could be pretty cool!
