I'm teaching my daughter to play bass for our youth band (for which I am
now the worship leader). We were in GC the other day and saw one of the
Hofner Icon B Beatle basses, and it was pretty cool. She loved it, and
it seemed like it would be good for her with the short scale and
relatively narrow neck. It sounded pretty nice too. My questions are:
Has anyone had any experience with these, are the worth it? What about
the Epiphone viola basses, would this be worth a peek? Rogue, which is
about $150 cheaper?
