12 vine ripe Roma tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
few drops of olive oil
fresh, minced garlic
salt and pepper to tastePlace halved tomatoes on pam-sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Place baking sheet in 275 degrees oven and bake for about 90 minutes. Now they are ready to use in a Mediterranean pasta dish (or eat plain!).
