Rabbit midwife

I need some advise to those of you that have raised rabbits, another doe
delivered last night, 2 kits, one was already dead. I went down later and
the other was already out of the nest. In order to try to avoid the trouble
we had last time, I took the baby and will try to hand raise it (figure I
can't do any worse than the moms) anyways, does any one have any suggestions
on how often or how much goats milk to feed this baby to start with? Any
advise would be appreciated
