HOPE CHEST HOME SCHOOL NEWS
READER SURVEY
DECEMBER 18, 2001
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~After 46 regular issues, the Hope Chest Home School News will soon enter
its fifth year of publication. Can you can believe it? I have so
enjoyed doing this as an outlet for myself and as a ministry to you.Unfortunately, as my family responsibilities increase, I realize I may
have to cut back on the length of each issue, while at the same time
making it more usable to the readers.I would love some feedback from you all in these areas:
1. Which features have been most helpful to you: From My Heart to Yours,
teaching tips (which subjects and grade levels?), author interviews,
articles from other readers, resource reviews, Poet's Pen, Digging Deeper
in Scripture, health and home hints, unit studies, character education,
family relationships, web sites, What's New at the Knowles House, or
others that I can't think of right now.2. What features are least helpful to you? (In other words, if I had to
cut it, you wouldn't mind.) Is there anything that bothers you about the
Hope Chest?3. If there have been any SPECIFIC articles that had a particular impact
on you, would you be so kind as to tell me which ones and why?4. Have the extras and announcements that I send out between regular
issues been helpful to you?5. Have you ever purchased anything because you saw it recommended in the
Hope Chest? Were you pleased with it?6. Do you usually read each issue the Hope Chest? (You can be honest
here!)7. How did you hear about the Hope Chest?
8. How old are your children, how long have you been home schooling, and
which main educational approach do you use?THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR RESPONDING!
I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!
YOUR OPINION MATTERS!Blessings,
Virginia Knowles
