I must confess that I do wash my latex gloves and dry them after I am
finished processing the hot peppers and use them again. I wash and dry them
right on my hands. That has worked for many years for me.

Last batch of salsa I made I chopped the peppers in my food processor. That
worked too. And I did not need any gloves...hee hee
