Hot Weather

Hi Ladies,
We're having a heat wave all over this beautiful country of ours. Here
in Jersey (and we're by the shore, it's a lot hotter away from the ocean) the
heat index is between 105-110. The humidity is so very high which makes it
seem even hotter than it is. All of your suggestions were helpful. I have
one that might keep someone a little cooler. I take a spray bottle and fill
it with cool water. Every half hour or so I spray that cool mist on my legs
and arms and face and it does keep me cooler. I will be praying for the rest
of you and your families to stay healthy during these very hot, hot, days.
