House Warming Poem - H*LP

Does anyone know the house warming poem that goes something like this,
and you give a bottle of wine, a loaf of bread and salt.

Something like
Wine is so that you will never thirst,
Bread is so that you will never hunger,
And salt is for the spice of life (or season of life)

I'm going to a home warming party and I've always given a basket with
these as a gift but I can't find my poem anymore that goes with it.
