Intro CD Menu Screen

Jack Ray and I are working on making a DragonRaid Introductory CD. It
will have the audio files from the cassette that comes with the game,
transcripts of the audio files, LightRaider and NPC character generator
spreadsheets and maybe a couple of other things.

What I would like to know is if any of you know how to set up the CD so
that a menu screen comes up when the CD starts? I was thinking that it
could be done with a BAT file opening an HTML menu page. And, the menu
screen should stay open while allowing users to open other files.
