Juno Problem

I hope one of the Juno users out there can help me out. My mother has Juno
for email and web access. She has a message from Juno Web titled Juno Links
she received on 1/7. When you click on it, the text box is blank, and Juno
hangs up. The only way out is to cntrl-alt-delete/end task. I tried
several times to delete the message, but it just hangs the software and
comes back when I end task and restart Juno.

Do any of you Juno users out there know how to fix this? I am stumped. TIA
