Dear Hope Chest friends,

I sat down with babe in arms to respond to
the pile of e-mail I have received about the
Learner's Journal questions and Resource
Catalog requests, and now my fingers and
arm are asleep! I just set Naomi down in
the crib and now I am going to just write
one message to y'all and update you on
the status of things.

One of these days (hopefully before we start
school on August 6) I will get to sit down
"for a spell" and respond to all of you
lovely ladies who wrote to me about the
special messages on depression.

I have the August issue of the Hope

LEARNER'S JOURNAL UPDATE

Last week I ordered about 50 Learner's
Journals for my local printer to start. They
took a lot longer than usual due to their
machine's malfunctioning. I picked up part
of them this morning, and will get the rest
tomorrow. Of the remaining ones that have
not yet been paid for, I have red, yellow,
green, pink and ivory. I know that several of
you who indicated interest still want blue,
and I CAN get more more of those if you want.
I can also order any other color that I don't
have in stock. It will just take a few days.

I have received payment from last names:

and Mayfield.

If you don't see your name here, please let
me know by e-mail if you have already sent
an order or definitely plan to send one in the

to order those that I know I can sell. If you
want journals with blank subject headings,
let me know about this, too, because I am
doing this on a special order basis.
