Dear Friends, Family, and In-Pact Partners:
For the first time ever, we send greetings from Detroit, Michigan, where we will spend the next three months ministering as part of the Eleos Detroit team as they prepare to open a Christian coffee shop later this Fall in the blighted eastern portion of the city.
Exciting things have already begun to transpire, and our attached LUMglobal letter describes a small part of it.
We cherish and earnestly need your constant prayer support as we minister here. While this letter didn't have space to list specific prayer requests, we know you will discern specific things for which to pray. Of special need at this time, as you will see in the letter, is for increased financial support for the entire team. The other team members have begun this ministry even though their ministry needs are not yet fully funded. Unexpected expenses in furnishing our apartment and doing some things on the house itself have already taken a significant portion of our ministry's three-month budget. This is something that will have to be made up in coming weeks. So, thank you in advance for praying.
In His Bond, By His Grace, and For His Kingdom,
Bob and Jo Ann
