LUMglobal #127 ---- 12/26/15

Posted by: lifeunlimited <lifeunlimited@...>

Dear Friends, Family, and Ministry Partners:

As we try to express our thoughts with such an oft-used almost worn out
"Merry Christmas!", it seems totally inadequate ---- until you take time
to think about what the familiar salutation really means.

"Merry" means far more than just "happy". It is something deeper . . .
more clarifying. It means "Expressed Joy". So, the first thing we say
to you us "be filled with inexplicable and uncontainable Joy that is
outwardly expressed." . . . even if things may not be going well for
you. After all, it's not really about you anyhow. . . . or us

"Christmas", of course takes on two thoughts, "Christ" and "Mas" and
brings together the truth of "Christ's Mass" . . . or better said,
"Worship Christ!"

So, the term "Merry Christmas" is never old, antiquated, or worn out.
With that in mind, Jo Ann and I wish you our deepest and most heartfelt,
. . . "The Expressed Joy of Worshiping Christ, our King!"

Attached to today's letter you find both our annual Christmas greeting,
and also our current LUMglobal praise and prayer report letter. As we
end this current year and anticipate the coming of 2016, we pray you are
enriched in every thing to which you put your hands.
