We keep peanut butter (healthy kind) on hand, and we always have eggs, so we eat lots of egg salad. If there are left overs from the night before we eat them. I have a 17 year old son. He needs fuel and lots of it for his body. I did tell him today that we can do rice some as he loves brown basmati rice. If he eats a sandwich, he usually gets a piece of fruit, but that in no way fills him up. Some days we do popcorn. We are looking for variety here. But HEALTHY variety. Any ideas out there????????????????????He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose.
