Hi Bonnie,
What part of Maine are you from? I used to camp up at Mossehead in the summers.
I grew up in Massachusetts and spend lots of time hiking in Maine and NH.
Matter of fact one of my favorite books and the main reason I wanted to homestead,
was "We took to the Woods" Takes place in Maine, true story. All about living way
off the beaten path.
My sisters summer in York Beach. Oh dear, now I am sitting here feeling very
homesick for tall tress, winding roads, the smell of burning leaves, apple cider that
is fresh, the sound of ocean waves, the smell of the sea, that good old yankee accent,
and so much more.humbly seeking Him
