Marci's goat - The latest

Ok, here is the latest on my goat. She is a 6 yr. old doe. We took her
today to a goat breeder who has a sonogram machine. This lady is also a RN
and works for hospice. Her sister gave her the sonogram machine as a gift.
Nice sister...Huh!! I transported a goat back to someone by my house for
her, so it was no charge. 🙂 She says she is not an expert, but that my
doe is definitely NOT pregnant. She did not even see lots of fluid like a
false pregnancy. She showed me one of her older goats, and one of her bucks
who just got pregnant looking when they were older. The one thing that did
throw both of us, is there is a bit of udder. It is not full blown, but it
is bigger than it was. Also, when a friend tried to milk, nothing came out.
The lady I took her to, who has been goats a lot longer than I have said at
this point she would do nothing and see if she comes into heat. We actually
did see this goat mount one of our other goats just a week before she was
due. We figured the other doe was in heat. This is really early for me to
see heat in my goats, but has been cooler than normal the last 2 weeks. So,
what do you all think?
