Marga grain roller/flaker/cracker/mill update

Pam was going to borrow my Marga mill that I'd bought for back-up. We
discussed this a few days ago on the list. When I'd made flour with it
before I'd made oat flour. It still flakes and cracks grains wonderfully
but we tried grinding wheat and it's just a fine cracked grain at best. DO
NOT BUY THIS MILL IF YOU WANT IT TO MILL FLOUR. We had to put the cracked
grain through 3 times to get a reasonable product. The directions say you
must then "sift" the flour out from the bran. If had to make bread with
this I wouldn't make bread. Way too much work....just thought I'd let folks
know. If you are looking for a flaker or cracker though it does a great job
and Marci's price she sent to the list is the best that I've
