Millet anyone?

I seem to find myself with an abundance of millet. We have bascially 3
recipes we like with millet, "Millet in a Skillet" and "Millet Pudding" by
Sue Gregg. We also like it occasionally for breakfast. Does anyone have
any other recipes they like for millet? I'd like to have some alternatives.
