Models of the early church

Does anyone have material addressing the following questions:

In the early church (first 100 years), how were their meetings conducted?

- When did just one person speak - was it mainly when addressing the unsaved?

- When was it open discussion - was it in the temple during the rotating
reading of the scriptures?

Who were the leaders?

What was the physical delivery style - a small central grroup surrounded by
many listeners, or a speaker at one end of the building?
