NEED an IMMIGRATION LAWYER - Andrew Strom

Dear friends,If any of you knows a good Christian Immigration Lawyer or is able
to give us legal advice specifically in this area, then we would be
so grateful. About 10 months ago we applied for the same type US
visa that we got in 2004 to come live in America. It was so easy
in 2004. Now after ten months - still no word - and even worse -
one of their "inspectors" just turned up at my brother's place in
Wisconsin expecting some "church building" to be there (it is
simply supposed to be the contact address for our ministry in the
States). We always stated that I have an "itinerant" ministry from
the start. Now this inspector was intimating to my brother that our application
will surely fail, totally questioning whether I even have a legitimate
ministry at all, and telling him that I will now have problems in any
future application I might make.We have always been scrupulous to be absolutely "legal" and
above-board in all our dealings with Immigration officials. My brother
told the man he could simply get on the Internet and find out that
indeed we do have a "legitimate" ministry. Why they cannot do a
simple Internet search and why they need to take 10 months to
even do anything is quite beyond me. But clearly we now need-
(1) More PRAYER - and
(2) We need to consult a lawyer.
We have already been praying about this whole US visa situation
for many months. My wife and I both believe that God wants us to have free entry to
minister and do all that He has called us to in both the USA and
Canada. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise. Perhaps it is an
opportunity for a "breakthrough" of some kind. We certainly need it.Please PRAY about this, my friends. It is very upsetting to us.
If anyone knows a legal-type person who can help, please reply to
this email. Thanks so much and God bless you!
