For years and years, when vaccines were injected, the needle
was always "aspirated" - which takes about 2 seconds. This
made sure the injection did not go directly into a vein. Now,
for some reason, they have stopped "aspirating" just when the
new vaccines come along! This is almost certainly a major cause
of many of the side effects.

Always remember in future - whenever you are vaccinated for
anything - you can ask them to "aspirate" the needle. This will
