I thought I'd take advantage of a lull in traffic here to invite you to
subscribe to another list that I have -- that has nothing to do with computers!
The list is called "2 Timothy 3:16", and is a one-per-weekday receive-only
e-Scripture passage (usually around 20 verses) and e-devotional, with a few
comments. (Comment without "commentary" -- Scripture can speak for
itself!) I have around 200 subscribers from all parts of the world,
including Cambodia, Indonesia, and even Iran.
It's completely non-denominational, and I use various translations and
paraphrases of Scripture, some of which you may not have heard of. The
philosophy of the preparation of the daily message is taken right from
Scripture itself, "For all Scripture given by inspiration of God, is
profitable to teach, to improve, to amend and to instruct in righteousness,
that the man of God may be perfect and prepared unto all good works." (2
Timothy 3:16-17, Tyndale's New Testament, 1534 AD)
