This is the weather we are currently experiencing:
 
..LOW WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT...

WIND CHILLS FROM 25 TO 40 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED ACROSS EASTERN
NORTH DAKOTA...NORTHWEST & WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT.
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH BY MORNING & CREATE
LOW WIND CHILLS.

At the moment it's kind of hard to think about gardening!
