Posted by: amazinggraze <amazinggraze@...>

Pat is this the feast of trumpets... I know that we will start observing
Rosh Hashannah. Are they one and the same?

Wanting to please my Lord and Savior,

For us, we have been praying so hard that my daughter not be called up to
active duty and have been so busy talking to family in Israel as they are
frightened of a serious attack, some worry nuclear or biological.
I can't pry myself from looking at the Department of Defense news page
and the TV which we got just to watch the current events.
Farm work carries on and I have some sewing to do but my heart is not
in it.
Tomorrow is a big day for us, as its the Jewish new year so lots of
cooking going on here.
Its just so hard to not think and wonder where this will lead us.

Love,
Pat

Lamentations 3:31-33
For men are not cast off by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief,
he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love.
For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to the children of men.
