God can and does work in the hearts and minds of rulers and officials of government to accomplish His sovereign purpose. Their hearts and minds are as much under His control as the impersonal physical laws of nature. Yet their every decision is made freely – most often without any thought or regard to the will of God.

Pebbles update

Hi all, a thank you to everyone who helped me out with little Pebbles. The vet thinks that Pebbles got a piece of hay or something stuck in her jaw. They drained out a whole bunch of yuck from it and now for the next 7-10 days I have to drain and flush it from a hole they cut in it. Yucka. Thanks for everyones encouragement. Love, Julie
