Here is excellent free ear-training site that helps you develop perfect
pitch.

Yes, it can be learned even if you weren't born with it, but it takes a
lot of practice from what I've heard. Even if you don't learn perfect
pitch this program can still help your relative pitch.

Lately I was able to sing an E from memory. When I matched it to my
guitar string I was amazed.
At least it's a start.
