PLEASE PRAY for NIGERIA

As you read this, I will already have landed in Nigeria for a 3-week
ministry trip. My previous visit here was really the most powerful I
have seen - with pastors and leaders repenting deeply of "prosperity"
teachings and the preaching of falsehood to their people. It was
truly an amazing time. Nigeria is one of the few nations in the
world where I can feel a "movement" of sweeping righteousness
actually building - ready to explode across the nation. I can literally
feel the potential for it when I am there. There has been so much
deception, and yet there is so much true spiritual hunger also. This
is very different from the West. If I preached to Western leaders the
way I preach to Nigerian pastors, they would likely stone me to
death! I am only able to be so strong with them because in Nigeria
they still have a genuine hunger for truth. Our family is still
considering moving there.
My friends, please PRAY for Nigeria over the next few weeks. I
would personally value your prayers so much, as of course I am
totally dependent on the Holy Spirit in every meeting to put across
the piercing words which only God can bring.
After Nigeria I am in the UK and Europe for 3 weeks - and I would
greatly appreciate your prayers there also.
