Powerchords

Does anyone around here play powerchords?
I use them a lot, with my distorted style. It's taking the fifth and
octave and missing the third (lowest three notes of E or A form bar
chord). I had a question that I was wondering if anyone's figured out.
How do you play a VII with a power chord? An example would be a B when
playing in the key of C. I don't see too many dim chords in contemporary
worship but I do often see examples like G/B.Josh Taylor
