Local Churches have in their membership people who are professing believers, some of whom are genuinely saved, while others are unsaved and are still lost in their sins. Sometimes it is impossible to clearly distinguish between the two, because often unbelieving members exhibit many of the outward characteristics of believers. But the Lord knows who are His.

{PRAYER} friend lost his job

I'd like to request prayer for my friend Kirk who just lost his job
tonight. He's a professional web/graphic designer (and a VERY good one
too). He's worked solely with one company for a while now but they have
changed paths and are vastly over budget so they've let him go. He has a
wife and 4 kids as well. Please keep him in your prayers.
