We have been here for 2 winters and 2 summers so far. It can get cold, but
it is not unbearably cold. And for the summers, we do not have air, and out
of the 2 summers, I would say there have been maybe 6 days, I even
approached miserable. It can get hot and humid though.

In Holmes and Wayne county we have an electric co-op as well. I think you
are SUPPOSED to move here!!! =)
