When appropriate, yes. When the LightRaider is walking a narrow beam or
rope bridge, or has to jump from one limb of a tree to another, etc. But
not when you are using Agility in the place of Dexterity, such as
wriggling through a tight spot or doing some kind of craft or working
with your hands.
