Also, Outlook (2000, at least) allows you to select "plain text only" for
any entry in it's address book or Contacts folder.

Check
your options in your e-mail client of choice, and set it to "plain text
only." Or, as in my case, I use Eudora Pro, and it allows me to select on
a per-message basis which format to send in.
