I had this happen once and it was just a whol lot easier to uninstall, run
eraser 97.exe (off the MS site) and reinstall the whole she-bang. Just save
your data and your *.pst file, and you should be good to go. And while you
are at it, install Outlook 98 and save yourself a lot of headaches. I cannot
imagine anyone still using 97bugware.
