Re: pcloud reliable / long-term?

Posted by: revsamarshall <revsamarshall@...>

Familiar with the site Norm.

I am using One drive a lot more as I have a
subscription of Office and I get 1 TB of storage.

I am also using Pcloud after it was mentioned. I
did do a search for reviews of it and it sounds
OK. I am not sure of the long term freeness of
any of these knowing companies and their need to convert free to profit.

I also have had and still use a Dropbox, both
personal and for the church (separate
accounts). I find it reliable and good. I cant
remember how long I have had it but it has been a
number of years. Making a shareable link is so
easy in it. But what I don't like is their
giving you free space and then laking it back later.

Google drive needs work. I cannot always get the
link to work on my computers (the desktop
portion). If you are in a Google environment it
works fine, has some issues with Windows.

There are a number of others, but long term
reliability is questionable I would assume.
