What the tech did was bad. You should not mix system files from one OS ver
to another. Try to find out what files were changed or added and delete
them.
You should have a folder on your hard disk that contains the drivers and
files to load hardware. Many times it is in a folder C:windowsoptionscabs
You may be forced to reinstall Win95. Possibly a good time to go to Win98?/glk
