I am now receiving a non-digest version of the list, bundled together into a
single email. Is there a way to specify that I would like a single, digest
version of the list sent? (I am using Outlook Express.)

I apologize if this question has been asked before on the list, but I have
no way of readily finding the answer to this question in the present format.
