For anyone who is interested there is now a 2003 version of the "King
Bass" by status called the "Black Beauty" it can be seen on the

By the way, looking at the bassiology at Mark Kings website, I noticed
that he played GB (Bernie Goodfellow) basses for a while, Does anyone on
the list own a GB standard or Rumour bass?Thanks
