CITRIC ACID is used for making Mozzarella and Ricotta.

I have ordered from them several times. They have a catalog you can ask for to do mail order instead
of over the net.

I used to get a little catalog from a bulk company, E& S or something, they are amish, but someone
bought them out and I cannot remember the new name of the company, but I know they carried it.
And it was very reasonable. I think they advertise in the Budget once in a while.
